Updates and “Trayvon” live blogging Monday

Hey everyone,

I know I haven’t posted lately, but I wanted to reassure that we’ve got some great stuff coming out next week in The Signal regarding the issue of the theft of our newspapers and the Student Government elections, in addition to usual assortment of genuinely great campus-related coverage.

Further, following the CMA conference last week in New York (#NYC12), I’m more determined than ever to keep this blog updated with original and compelling content relevant to members of the media, the city of Atlanta and the community of Georgia State, especially. I like to think I learned a lot via the sessions and people there, but really it was just the shot in the arm that I needed to finish out the rest of this semester with a bang.

I’m also working on a few other print pieces right now that I’m excited about, plus a few blog posts as well that are are shaping up well.

Finally, the primary point of this post, I’ll be down at the capitol covering the Treyvon Martin protests via live blogging and social media, so stay tuned!
